When you use the services of SuperbEssay.com, we want you to have the ability to communicate directly with us, and to communicate quickly.
- Your credit card information is not known to us. When you make payment via credit card, we use a third-party security firm, as do most online businesses.
Guarantee of Confidentiality
We NEVER provide your personal information to anyone else – It is not shared, sold, or delivered in any way to other entities, individuals, or databases. We value your privacy, and no one will know that you have used our service unless you choose to share that information!
Changes to Our Current Policy will be immediately noted on this page, so, as you return for future orders, be certain to check any changes that might have occurred.

In civil action, such as a claim against the company, information that is specifically pertinent to that claim can be used in the proceeding and will be made available to both parties involved in the litigation.
Full Disclosure to Clients and Potential Clients
At any time, you make a request for the full amount of personal information that SuperbEssay.com has compiled about you. Please contact our customer support center with your request, and provide the $35 payment for this report.
Quality Assurance
We want you to be comfortable both with our service and with the quality of the writer we have assigned to your order. You are welcome to request samples of work previously written by your writer (there is a $5 charge), so that you can be assured that his or her style and competency is of the quality you require. Sample will include 3 random pages of previously written work, each of which will be from a different piece. In our Terms of Use Agreement, you agree not to use any part of work sample in any way, neither copying nor distributing it to anyone else.
Once you have requested work samples, you have 2 hours to review them and either accept your writer or request another. You may then request work samples from that writer. We allow three changes of writers for any work.
Privacy Policy and Work Samples
Before an order is complete, you must agree to our Privacy Policy. In this policy you agree that a short part (never more than one page) of your completed work may be used as a sample when other clients request samples of work from your writer. We do not maintain entire works, so your delivered product is still fully secure.
Delivery Policies
For many clients, and especially for lengthy and complex orders, it is often critical that the product be delivered in sections, so that the client can review and approve of the section before the writer proceeds. You will have this option, according to the following policies:
- Deadlines will be established for each sectional delivery, including a deadline for you to review and approve. If you are late with review deadlines, the time for final delivery of the product will be extended by the amount of tardiness.
- When you select the “Progressive Delivery” option, you must provide assurance that you will maintain contact with your writer, providing feedback, requesting revisions, etc. This is a protection for both you and the writer. We want you to be completely satisfied with the final product, and the writer will face fewer requests for revisions at the end.
- If the order has a deadline of 8 hours – 3 days, or if the order is less than $200, Progressive Delivery is not an option.
- If the order has a deadline greater than 3 days and is $600 or more, Progressive Delivery is mandatory.
- Progressive Delivery on any order between these two extremes is optional for the client.
