TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE USE OF SuperbEssay.COM

General Agreement

The complete agreement between the customer and SuperbEssay.com is contained in this document AND on the pages of the SSS.com website, including all policies and procedures, guidelines, specifications of use, and ordering/payments procedures.  A “customer” is defined as any person who accesses the website of SuperbEssay.com and who either reads or studies its content or who places an order for writing services or other available documents, in essence, any services of products offered on the SuperbEssay.com website.

Once an individual enters the SuperbEssay.com website, he or she is immediately bound by all of the policies, specifications, requirements and stipulations of the website.  The customer further understands that he/she is fully responsible of reading and understanding both the terms of conditions of this document and all other regulations and policies posted on the SuperbEssay.com site.

At times, the terms of this agreement and/or the other policies located on any pages of the website may be changed.  SuperbEssay.com will post notice of such changes, and responsibility remains with the customer to read and understand any changes that are made.  Once posted, any changes are in force and binding.

Customer Use of the Services and/or Products Provided by SuperbEssay.com

Customer understands that if he/she orders any serice or product from SuperbEssay.com that said product or service is provided as an example or sample and is not to be used as the customer’s work.  SuperbEssay.com neither supports nor encourages plagiarism or academic dishonesty.  All products of SuperbEssay.com are the property of SuperbEssay.com and are covered under copyright law.  Any use of the products of SuperbEssay.com for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and will subject the customer to legal action.

Indemnification

In his/her use of products or services of SuperbEssay.com, customer agrees to hold harmless SuperbEssay.com and to defend SuperbEssay.com in the case of any legal or other negative actions.  Such indemnification includes attorneys fees, court costs, penalties, financial or otherwise, and any other consequences for the improper use of products or services ordered and/or purchased from SuperbEssay.com.

Termination of Use By SuperbEssay.com

It is the right of SuperbEssay.com, at any time, to terminate the use of its services or the purchase of its products by any customer.  Likewise, should SuperbEssay.com believe that it will not be able to complete an order appropriately, it reserves the right to terminate that order and to refund the customer payment, in part or in whole, dependent upon the amount and type of work already completed.  In such cases, customer shall be promptly notified.

Notification/Communication Between SuperbEssay.com and Customer

There will be two forms of notices.  The general notices shall apply to all customers, and will appear on the SuperbEssay.com website.  Individual notifications shall be given to customers ia the means of contact provided by the customer.  It shall be the customer’s responsibility to provide all possible methods of communication, email, telephone, fax, etc.

It shall also be the customer’s responsibility to provide SuperbEssay.com with all detailed requirements and specifications for any customized order.  SuperbEssay.com shall comply with the customer’s instructions in producing the document(s) ordered.  If SuperbEssay.com has failed to comply with any of the original instructions, it will revise the document free of charge.  If, after final delivery, the customer wishes to alter the original instructions, the document will be revised at additional charge.  The customer has 48 hours upon receipt of the final product in which to notify SuperbEssay.com of any issues related to compliance with original instructions.  After 48 hours, the sale is deemed final.

Finality of Sale

Any and all sales are deemed final following 48 hours of final delivery without any communication from the customer that an issue or problem exists.

Complete Terms of Agreement

The above-contained agreement terms, as well as all regulations, policies and rules found within the website, shall constitute the entire agreement between the customer and SuperbEssay.com.
